If you wish to cancel an appointment, please email info@thecaregen.com as soon as possible to let us know.

Please note that cancellations with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours’ notice are charged at half price.

Non-attended bookings or cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment are charged at full price.
